Job Description: Highline Car Salesperson (Infiniti)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Highline Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team at our prestigious Infiniti dealership. As a Highline Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling high-end Infiniti vehicles to discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, establish rapport, and understand their needs and preferences.

- Conduct thorough product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Infiniti vehicles, highlighting their luxury, performance, and advanced technologies.

- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable Infiniti model, trim, and options based on their requirements and budget.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.

- Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable experience for customers while showcasing the performance and comfort of Infiniti vehicles.

- Negotiate sales prices and financing terms with customers, striving to achieve win-win agreements and maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, competitor offerings, and Infiniti's product lineup.

- Continuously develop and enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through training programs and self-learning.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

- Coordinate with the finance and insurance department to finalize vehicle sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any additional needs, and cultivate long-term relationships.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in high-end automotive sales, preferably with luxury or highline brands.

- In-depth knowledge of Infiniti vehicles, their features, performance capabilities, and competitive advantages.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
